We strive to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Most of our items will ship using standard shipping within 1-3 business days. Personalized items usually ship within 5-7 business days. Because of our quick turnaround, it will not be possible to change or cancel your order once placed. It is possible that you may receive your order in multiple shipments to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. However, our flat-rate shipping policy makes it easy for you to know how much shipping will cost on the front end. L&S Creek Boutique is located at 111 Westridge Dr., Suite C in Frankfort, Kentucky. We offer in-store or curbside pick up on web orders at no charge with the exception of personalized and/or custom order items. Just choose the Local Pickup Option at checkout. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please note some items will require additional processing time, including personalized items, custom order products and some home decor items.


It's our hope that you absolutely love the products you receive from L&S Creek Boutique. However, if you are not satisfied and wish to exchange or return an item, you must first email to notify us of your intent to return an item. Please include your name, order number, product name and a reason for the return in the body of your email. Upon confirmation and return instructions from L&S Creek Boutique, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging with tags attached, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged within 30 days of the original ship date to receive store credit. All returns are for Store Credit only.


Shipping costs incurred to return any item is the responsibility of the purchaser. L&S Creek Boutique is not responsible for any damage or loss of a return package by the shipping provider. Additionally, the original shipping cost incurred when ordering the product will not be refunded. All store credits will be processed through the website. We are unable to process web purchase refunds in-store. Please be aware that the following items are considered final sale and are not able to be returned: personalized items, custom order products, clearance items, face masks and hair accessories.
